Elm Park Capital Reaches $300 Million Hard Cap For Fund III
Private debt investment firm Elm Park Capital ("Elm Park") is pleased to announce it recently completed the final close of Fund III, reaching the hard cap of $300 million. The firm is grateful for the support from its existing and new limited partners. The closing of Fund III represents $890 million of cumulative capital raised since the inception of the firm.
Since its founding, Elm Park has closed 30 lower middle market private debt investments. The firm will continue to invest $10 million to $50 million in businesses that seek a flexible debt partner to facilitate growth, recapitalizations, acquisitions, or other special situations. Elm Park invests in a wide variety of industries with a focus on healthcare, software, technology-enabled business services and financial services.
